Once you have downloaded the file of your choice, you can install into EndNote via clicking Library → Open Term List → Journals Term List → Lists → Import List. To set up your terms list, first make a backup of your library as described at EndNote: Moving, backing up, or transferring libraries to another computer. Select either Use full journal name, or select one of the abbreviation options. EndNote provides a number of terms list to make sure that the journal names in your bibliography are either the full name or abbreviation as your style requires. csv format is available in Just_PubMed_Raw.csv. Editing the format of journal titles To select the format for journal names in your EndNote Output Style: Click on the Journal Names heading in the left hand pane.
